Didn't do very well at eating right this weekend, I traveled to my parents home, where I basically didn't over eat. But I also didn't eat the way Weighty Waddlers says I should. I did however, decline having cherry pie and ice cream on Saturday night. Good for me, yay, clap your hands. Then on Sunday night........I ate about a cup of vanilla ice cream. It was really good! I love ice cream, and I think that I will make that my once a week treat. Now, all I have to do is reduce the size of mocha frappacino I buy on Tuesday and Friday.
